Great location near train station and tram stop, making it easy to explore Duesseldorf and the Ruhr area. Comfortable, spacious room with good wifi and mini fridge. Friendly staff, especially Mrs. Antonia at breakfast buffet, charming and helpful. Good buffet breakfast with hot dishes. Convenient parking nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located very near to the central station, making it easy to travel around the city. There are also various restaurants in the area to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and the bed is supportive. the hotel offers a wide range of international TV channels.
The cleaning of the rooms was average and there were no daily restocks of bathroom supplies or coffee/tea.

We had a pleasant stay at Intercityhotel in Dusseldorf. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The registration process was quick and efficient.
We had a minor issue with the room type we had booked. the hotel staff offered alternative solutions that ultimately worked for us.
